I normally leave positive feedback, but I felt that I had to give everyone a “heads up” about my experience with the Dells Ghost Bus Tour.
I bought a Groupon for this tour and then called the Dells Beach Club for instructions on how to redeem it. I was given the wrong instructions and ended up getting charged for two additional tickets, which they refused to refund. Not only that, they insinuated that I was stupid and/or a liar for not following the correct instructions, which they “give to everyone who calls”. A representative at Groupon got involved, but he couldn’t get anywhere with the Dells Beach Club either, and I ended up getting a credit from Groupon for my original purchase. I was so put out by my treatment from the Dells Beach Club that I skipped the tour, even though I ended up paying full price for it.
Trip Advisor has other reviews of the Dells Beach Club, both positive and negative, that you might want to read before you make a decision on whether or not to purchase tickets for the Ghost Bus Tour. Some of the reviews, such as from July 21 and 22 of 2012, are directly related to the tour.
I did not have a good experience but maybe yours will work out better.
