I see my former review was removed. So once again, extremely displeased with this place. Can't help but get offended with 2 rooms that stick out to us rhe most. Nursery and a school room setting. What are these folks thinking. I hope someone can explain this fact. Very offensive. I hope who is in charge changes these thoughts however they are "thought" up.
Terrible. Go see a movie.

As 2011 House Chair I would like to offer you a full refund out of my own pocket if you would come out and walk through each of the 14 rooms with me and tell me what we could do different. You mention being "offended" I have been doing this for 11 years, and every single room offends somebody, sometimes. It is impossible to please everybody. Either we are too scary or not scary enough. But for a majority of our customers who are between 15-25 years old they love what we do. My name is Cole Herold. You can find me on facebook to set up a meeting time. I see this has offended you. Sure, fill our tanks from Janesville and we will gladly be of assistance. Just saying this day in age with children you have to be careful of what you do and say. As far as movies and media are concerned, we are good. 11 years of doing this aye??? I would advise you find something else. What is your cause for you folks putting this on? Let me Know were to send the Check. And I will. All the money raised goes back into the community, We are a community service orginization and the Haunted House has been our biggest fundraiser since 1980. Everyone Involved is %100 volounteer. Without the haunted House we would be unable to support the community in the way that we do. Like a said before, a majority of our customers are pleased with what we do. And that is my goal. A lot of our volounteers are High school kids, and they are my eyes and ears, and they heard nothing but positive feedback from other students and teachers. As soon as that changes, I'll go a different direction. Remember to let me know were to send the check for gas money. The 5th of November works for me.
