Site Update

Between yesterday and today, I implemented the following:

• Linked site accounts to message board accounts
• Profile page only shows blog info if you have a blog
• Linked blog summaries to the author email and main blog
  
• Minor changes to event listings
• Minor changes to submit event
• Created consistant news and blog template
• Added time to news and blog summaries
  
• Updated to the latest Django version
  
• Updated to the latest phpbb version
