Treinen Farm Corn Maze & Pumpkin Patch

Visit Website Add to My Favorites

In partnership with the International Crane Foundation, the 2019 Treinen Farm "Crane Dance" Corn Maze celebrates Wisconsin's Sandhill and Whooping Cranes, as well as crane species around the world.

It's not all about wandering: we give you a mission when you start the maze, and then add levels of challenge. Depending on your group’s abilities and desires, the main maze experience can be anywhere from 45 minutes to several hours. And did we mention that there are prizes?

Some visitors wanted an even harder maze, so we added the Circle Maze. You don't even get a map for this one–in fact, we don't actually tell you where it is…

Join us for a fall tradition: visit our award-winning corn maze, take a horse drawn wagon ride, pick a pumpkin, and enjoy acres of adventure play for all ages. The Treinen Farm Corn Maze and Pumpkin Patch has been the area's favorite destination for corn mazing, pumpkin picking, horse drawn hayrides, and exploring the Wisconsin countryside for over 25 years.

Preview the 2019 Crane Dance Corn Maze:

Before our pumpkin patch opens on the last weekend in September, we offer a maze preview season on early September weekends. You should try it--it's nice here, as summer turns to fall. The corn is full and tall, and the maze is quiet except for the rustling of lush green leaves. The play areas are yours to enjoy, as is Giant Jenga. Meet our new goats and see how we are training chickens! Bring a picnic or stop into our Old Chicken House Store for a cold drink and hot popcorn. We'll have a bonfire for everyone to gather at if the night gets cool.

The maze, farm animals, and play areas open on Saturdays and Sunday for our Preview Season starting on August 31. The main fall season, with vendors, games, wagon rides and the pumpkin patch start on September 27. Preview Season special price $9.50/person, 5 and under free.

Our opening weekend is a new moon weekend! Have you ever been out in the country of a perfectly dark night? Turn off your flashlight, wait for your eyes to adjust, and then look up. You'll be astonished at the number of stars you can see. Count satellites, watch for meteors, and gaze at the Milky way. Bring a blanket if you'd like to spend some time star-gazing. We've got some perfect light-free locations.
