Historical Trick-or-Treat Information

  After parade until Noon
  

  The parade will now officially begin at Martin Park at 10 AM and end at the Clock Tower.

  Trick-or-treating along east and west waterfront businesses will start after the parade ends and will go until 12:00 pm. Find participating businesses with the “Thrills & Chills” Window Decal.

  Thrills & Chills— A day of festive Halloween fun for the entire family! Activities include make your own trick-or-treat bags, costume parade, haunted house, slime making, and trick-or-treating throughout downtown Sturgeon Bay from 10 am-1 pm. The day kicks off at 10am with the annual Costume Parade down 3rd Avenue with trick-or-treating to follow until 1pm.
