The City is continuing for the third year its policy of having trick-or-treat on Halloween Day. Households interested in giving away treats should indicate their interest by lighting an exterior light in the front yard.
The hours were previously set as 3:00 - 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 25, but the City Council recently voted to change it to Halloween evening.
