In light of the pandemic and the recommendation from the North Shore Health Department, on Oct. 20th the Common Council voted 5-1 to cancel trick-or-treating in Glendale for 2020.
Trick-or-treat is always held on the Sunday before Halloween from 1-4 p.m.
