Saturday, October 31
5:00 - 8:00 p.m.
With the approach of Halloween, questions have been raised regarding Trick-Or-Treating. Though the City has established October 31st from 5:00-8:00 pm, it is not an activity that is sponsored by any one organization and the city does not have the ability to grant or deny a permit for the activity. It is up to each citizen to decide whether or not to participate in Halloween activities amid COVID19 based on their assessment of the situation.
Remember to turn on your porch light during trick-or-treat so kids know you're handing out candy. For those with food allergies, please consider participating in the Teal Pumpkin Project by offering some non-food treats such as glow sticks and pencils.
Have a safe and Happy Halloween by following these trick-or-treat safety tips.
The City Council will be setting this at the October 7th meeting.
