While the City does not designate official tick-or-treat hours for the community, the period between 5-7:30 p.m. is traditionally considered a good time for kids to be visiting neighbors as it's still relatively light out and motorists are most apt to anticipate kids going from door to door. Individual neighborhoods may have events planned at other times.
