Remember to turn on your porch light during trick-or-treat so kids know you're handing out candy. For those with food allergies, please consider participating in the Teal Pumpkin Project by offering some non-food treats such as glow sticks and pencils.

Trick-or-treat at downtown businesses displaying the Spooky City banner. Spooky City events start 9:30am!
Downtown businesses hand out treats to all costumed children from 11am to noon, or while supplies last.
9:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Halloween face painting, pumpkin decorating and other family activities kickoff the event at 9:30am.
Free tractor hayrides circle the downtown area beginning at 10am.
Children are invited to show off their costumes in a walking parade at 10:30am.
The Plaza Theater will host a free showing of recently released movie
Kids in costume are invited to Spooky City in Downtown Burlington. It starts at 9:30 a.m. and includes hayrides, a costume parade at Wehmhoff Square near the library, trick-or-treating at downtown businesses.
