Remember to turn on your porch light during trick-or-treat so kids know you're handing out candy. For those with food allergies, please consider participating in the Teal Pumpkin Project by offering some non-food treats such as glow sticks and pencils.

**DATE & TIME MOVED DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER**
Spooky City - Saturday, October 29 from 9:30 am to Noon:
Kids in costume are invited to Spooky City in Downtown Burlington. It starts at 9:30 a.m. and includes hayrides, a costume parade at Wehmhoff Square near the library, trick-or-treating at downtown businesses, the Kids are People Too music show in the Chestnut Street loop and an interactive showing of “Ghostbusters” at the Plaza Theater shortly after noon. Free admission. Presented by the Burlington Chamber of Commerce.
Be sure to keep your front porch light on if you plan on participating.
