  Save the date for Downtown Beloit's Halloween Parade & Party featuring trick-or-treating throughout downtown Beloit and the Beloit Farmers’ Market on Saturday, October 30 from 9 am to 12 pm.

  Mr. Steve will be providing balloon fun at First National Bank & Trust Co. plaza.

  There will be no downtown Halloween events run by the Downtown Beloit Association in 2020.

  Bring the kids in their favorite costume for a parade and trick-or-treating with businesses and Farmers' Market vendors. Look for the orange flags! Trick-or-treating and parade begins at 10am. After the parade, stay for the party!
