While the Village doesn't have set hours for trick-or-treating, it generally starts at 5:00pm (when the house lights come on) and lasts until the candy runs out (or until the front lights are turned off).
A good rule of thumb . . . . if the front house lights are on, visitors are welcome. If the lights are off, please move on.
