Fun for the whole family! Event begins at 10am followed by a dance performance by Universal Dance Academy at 11am, costume contest at 2:00 with prizes, trick or treating among stores and vendors begins at 2:30pm and goes until 3:30pm. Universal Dance Academy will be offering childcare with a free will donation.
