Join Dead by Dawn Dead & Breakfast & Windigo Paranormal for an overnight investigation at one of Manitowoc’s most haunted historical locations. Bring your own equipment or use ours at our discretion. The building is massive! It’s 4 floors and over 20,000 sq feet!

We have two options for June 25th & July 30th:

1) Paranormal Investigation 6-8PM $40.00 must be at least 16 years of age to attend this investigation.

2) Overnight investigation $99.00 runs from 8:30pm to 10 AM. That's 13+ hours that the building belongs to you and other groups. Our resident ghost team Windigo Paranormal will give you the grand tour, pointing out places of historic significance in the building as well as areas that are known for paranormal activity. The team will be available throughout the night joining in the ghost hunt. We will be selling a very limited amount of tickets for the overnight. Must be 18 years old to attend the overnight investigation.

The building has a designated area for sleeping. Air mattress, and bedding are encouraged and not provided.

There is heat and electricity throughout the building and the lights all work. Amenities include a full kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker that are available for use. A continental breakfast is included with your overnight stay. The Dead by Dawn Dead & Breakfast will not be included in the investigation.

Rules for the building: No drugs, no alcohol, no smoking inside (we provide cans for butts outside all the entry doors), no guns inside, no open flames (ie. candles), and please don't provoke any of our resident spirits.
