Annual Halloween quaint-yet-terrifying day of shenanigans in Burlington WI. Celebrating 36 years of free family business-to-business trick-or-treating, street entertainers and hay rides, with five years of Coffin Race hooliganism and two years of enchanting Dia de los Muertos celebrations. Amusement into the evening with a Spirit Walk to participating bar locations and live entertainment.
