Join us for the 22nd Annual Fright Hike at Lapham Peak State Park on Friday, Oct 18th or Saturday, Oct 19th 2019 from 6-8:30pm. Each Halloween season, for two nights only, the beautiful, moonlit, paths of Lapham Peak State Park are riddled with ghosts and goblins. Walk the haunted trails, if you dare! Afterwards, enjoy live music and concessions by the bonfire.

Brought to you by the Friends of Lapham Peak, Fright Hike is a walk through the dark forest with scary scenes performed along a 1+ mile trail. Proceeds benefit the Friends of Lapham Peak's Projects that directly support Lapham Peak State Park!

Wandering Spooks and Skits provided by local organizations will create a scary time throughout the hike. Fright Hike is intended to be a fun but scary experience and generally not recommended for very young children. Use your own discretion if you choose to bring them with you.

Approximately 4,000 hikers from throughout southern Wisconsin attend every year.

Music, a bonfire, and concessions are available in the staging area - to be enjoyed before and after the hike.
