A Day of the Dead Festival & 5K run in Milwaukee's oldest, largest operating cemetery. The run kicks off at 9 am with a winding course past Victorian era funerary monuments. Dogs are welcome, Day of the Dead attire is encouraged and free face painting is available.
Post-run enjoy a traditional Dia de los Muertos celebration with mariachis, dancing, vendors, food trucks, children's arts and crafts, and altars to the dead. Celebrate the cycle of life and death at this free family-friendly festival in the southside of Milwaukee.
