Join us at the Rassbach Museum in Wakanda Park for our Creepy Creatures Film Series featuring four horror classics. Held the first four Thursday evenings in October, the films will be outdoors at 7 p.m., weather permitting, otherwise they will be moved into the Holtby Auditorium. Lawn chairs, blankets and themed costumes for each evening are encouraged! Movies are free, popcorn and beverages will be available for purchase.

October 3 » Nosferatu (1922). Vampire Count Orlok expresses interest in a new residence and real estate agent Hutter's wife. The film, shot in 1921 and released in 1922, was an unauthorized adaptation of Bram Stoker's Dracula.

October 10 » Wolfman (1941) A practical man returns to his homeland, is attacked by a creature of folklore, and infected with a horrific disease his disciplined mind tells him can not possibly exist.

October 17 » Creature from the Black Lagoon (1954) A strange prehistoric beast lurks in the depths of the Amazonian jungle. A group of scientists tries to capture the animal and bring it back to civilization for study.

October 24 » Night of the Living Dead (1968). A ragtag group of Pennsylvanians barricade themselves in an old farmhouse to remain safe from a bloodthirsty, flesh-eating breed of "living dead" monsters who are ravaging the East Coast of the United States.
