Police Raid Non-profit Group's fund Raising Event -
On November third, the Racine Police department raided a fundraising event held by the Uptown Theater Group

More Reviews, Trick-or-Treat dates & times, and Special Events been added.

Of course we can't forget one of the best Halloween cartoons, "It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown". This great cartoon will be shown on Friday, October 25 at 7:00 PM on ABC.

Followed by "Boo! To You Too, Winnie the Pooh" will be shown on Friday, October 25 at 7:30 PM on ABC.

If anyone has any information as to why more Halloween cartoons aren't shown, please email me!!
I miss the Bugs Bunny and Garfield Halloween episodes I saw on tv as a kid.
Also, any information as to why so few Halloween commercials are made anymore would be great too!! Remember the McDonalds'and Hallmark commercials. I still have some on tape!!

A new poll has been added.

We have added more Reviews, Trick-or-Treat dates & times, Special Events and now have 81 Events listed.

This past Saturday we visited The Haunted Theater, Kemper Center Haunted House, Farmer Brown's Haunted Barn, and Fright Night on 50.
We will post our reviews in the next couple of days.

Great news for Netscape 4 users. Thanks to emails from several of you, we were able to update the Event List sorting links and navigation links to work in Netscape 4.
We updated the Reviews section with sorting options.
We have added more Reviews, Trick-or-Treat dates & times, Special Events and now have 73 Events listed.

We put up the reviews section and a few of the first reviews today. The reviews section will be recieving many updates in the next couple of days so please email us with any ideas you have on improving the reviews section on Haunted Wisconsin.

We updated the review submission form.
Today we visited Hartford Jaycees Haunted House, Hubertus House of Horror, and Terror on Rural Street. We will post our reviews in the next couple of days.
Thanks to everyone who submitted reviews. We will be putting up the reviews section tomorrow. Keep up the great work!

A few more trick-or-treat listings were added.

Want $20? The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel wants your favorite story about a Halloween costume, or trick or treating excursion. They will print a selection of responses on a future Sunday and if they publish yours, they'll pay you $20.
The deadline is 5 p.m. Oct. 10

Our Trick-or-Treat Information page now has some dates and times listed.
The events page search by region has been completed.

We now have 36 events listed and are continuing to add to the Events List as we recieve event submissions.

We are still working on the various links througout the site. The events, search by city and search by region functions were completed last night. We hope to get the rest of the event search functions completed by October 1st. The Special Events section is now available.

Welcome to Haunted Wisconsin's NEW site! We have made many changes for 2002 including a new server and site design. We will be adding more in the near future so be sure to check our News & Updates page to find out when these items are added. We hope you like the new look but if there is anything you are missing from the old site, you can still view the old site at 2001.hauntedwisconsin.com.

The Halloween season is here!! I can't wait to start decorating and seeing more Halloween 'goodies' at stores.
We went to the Waukesha Walmart today and they had one isle completed. Among their items was an inflatable pumpkin, skull fogger and a new pumpkin fogger, both of which I believe included the timer. I bought both the skull fogger and inflatable pumpkin last year and it was a huge hit with the trick-or-treaters.

The new site design is almost complete and should be uploaded soon!!! The new design will include many changes and updates. Among these will be a new Submit Event form, new event listings and search options, poll archives and more.

A new poll has been added!
More links have been added to the links section.

Last weekend we went to Bartz's the Party Store and were happy to see the shelves beginning to get stocked with Halloween items. Bartz's is located in the southeastern half of Wisconsin and is one of the many great party stores to find Halloween decorations and other party supplies.

We are still continuing to work on the updates to Haunted Wisconsin. The 2002 events list should be up in September, along with many other updates.

It seems Las Vegas may be the place to visit this Halloween. This is great news for anyone, such as myself, who love both Halloween and Las Vegas.

According to the article I just read, "Michael Hyams wants to turn Halloween in Vegas into the biggest spectacle this side of Mardi Gras." His plans include a large parade, parties, and costume ball.
