Thanks Carrie for the following information!
Racine will likely be changing their current trick-or-treat day/hours from Friday, October 31, 4-6 p.m. due to numerous complaints. You can vote for your favorite date on The Journal Times web site. The dates and times you can choose from are Friday, October 31, 5-7 p.m., Saturday, November 1, 4-6 p.m. and Sunday, November 2, 4-6 p.m.
